You once questioned why you don't have any talents like golf, hockey,music etc. but the real truth is that you had extraordinary talent in being a husband ,father ,brother, friend and mentor .These are your gifts, and why we feel lost with out you. You would have been the one to make a joke to lighten the mood to make the suffering bearable, or a statement or phrase to help us through this grief . Right or wrong you stood by your by convictions , you truly were a genuine person. Your trophies are your beautiful wife and kids through whom you live on. Pat, Danielle, Ashton, Brody please know we will stand by you through this difficult time . We love you. Doug we will love and miss you always. Thanks for being a good brother, a good friend, and a good man.

We are unable to make it to the service, but we are thinking of you all during this difficult time. You are all in our thoughts and prayers. We are shocked and saddened by this news. Pat, Danielle, Ashton & Brody, We can't even come up with the words to describe how awful it feels to have lost him. Spider was such a wonderful man. We will never forget his 'WHATEVER' attitude, good nature teasing, time spent with him or his truly amazing, generous heart. We are so lucky to have known and loved him. There are always so many regrets when a person leaves us. Ours are; why didn't we visit more like we said we were going too, why didn't we go to help celebrate his last birthday. I guess these are things we can still do and Pat we promise we will. He was Willy's "Go too guy", whenever he needed help with something or needed a tool he didn't have, Spider was his "go too guy" Time helps heal and I promise we will be there as much as possible for you, Danielle, Ashton & Brody. You are so lucky you have them, they are great kids. We love you guys and we hope that with the support of your families and the passing of time that this hurt will dull a little.
