For the family and friends of Ruth, please accept my belated condolences. Ruth was a Volunteer with Alberta Health Services for the annual Breast Screen Clinic. I spoke with Ruth early in August when she told me of her cancer. She remained hopeful at that time that everything would be alright and we shared a nice "moment in time" and talked of her family who were indeed dear to her. I'm so grateful for the past help Ruth has been as a volunteer and I wanted the family to know that she was a valued and dear volunteer and that she will be missed.

Dear Stempfle Family, I will always remember Ruth, she was a truely selfless person,gentle, kind and had a way of correcting situations without ever hurting anyone's feelings, she pointed out the positives,never dwelling on the negatives. A beautiful person has left this Earth to Grace Heaven with her presence. I am so sorry she had to suffer. I am sure you will all take comfort, knowing she is an angel. Deepest Sympathy.
