Ron, Ruth, Allan and families, Your Mom was the most loving and giving lady, who shared her delightful personality with all of those fortunate enough to cross her path. Memories of our treasured visits with her - always including hugs, laughter (was her bed at LTC really from 1814?!), worldy conversations, geneology discussions, while at the same time admiring her ever fashionable attire, will always be held close. I was so sorry to hear of Elsie's passing. I first met her some years ago when I was researching the Florian Schultz family. Her parents originated from a village in Galicia which was close to some of my extended family. She and George were such warm people and were so interested in that long ago time and place. I visited with her several times after and always found her gracious, gentle, grateful for whatever information I found for her. I recently sent her some more information through Sheila Klein and was surprised to hear that she still remembered me. A lovely lady who will be missed.

So sorry to hear of Elsie’s passing. It has been many years but I shall always remember what a wonderful person she was to know. She opened her home and her heart to our young family when we moved to Provost and during our stay there. To her family, please accept my sincere condolences and prayers.
